The current City Council members must L O V E these distraction candidates. In a very real sense, these distraction nominees are some of the best friends the incumbants have. But, a vote for Kahn is a vote against incumbency.
How is it that BOTH of these statements can be true ?
See, all you have to do is answer the question "What are Kahn's chances of winning ?" - - - which, in and of itself is politically incorrect. People will shout all kinds of nasty things as soon as you go down this path. . . . and perhaps, some simply stop thinking right there . . . . this IS America - right ?
But - it's pretty simple - -
Since Kahn is so unlikely to garner a winning total of votes, and since incumbents know with pretty good precision the electorate they can count on - - - the presence of Kahn along with that of many other well-intentioned nominees simply fragments the anti-incumbency vote across multiple candidate lines.
THE MORE, THE MERRIER !!!!
